About us

The regatta is the result of a collaboration between three of the largest YC on Tuscan coast: the Yacht Club Repubblica Marinara di Pisa, the Yacht Club Punta Ala and the Yacht Club Livorno.

Roberto Lacorte
President of the Yacht Club Repubblica Marinara di Pisa

“If I think back to just over ten years ago, when the 151 Miglia-Cetilar Trophy was taking its first steps, and then I look at now, made up of large numbers, I get shivers. Thanks to top-notch organisation and a winning formula that puts the participant at the heart of the event, the 151 Miglia has become the most-watched offshore regatta in the Mediterranean. Yet this is only the beginning: we want to continue to grow, to surprise and engage.”

  Alessandro Masini
President of the Yacht Club Punta Ala

“This event exists, not only thanks to our organisation, but also to the presence of the boat owners and yachtsmen who participate in ever increasing numbers, edition after edition. Our thanks go to them, as well as to the partners who support us each year and to all those involved in an event that is as complex to organise as it is harbinger of both professional and human satisfaction.”

  Gian Luca Conti
President of the Yacht Club Livorno

“The 151 Miglia-Cetilar Trophy is a grand spectacle and we are proud to be a part of it. It is an event that is truly unparalleled and brings prestige to our city which, each year, hosts hundreds of yachtsmen not only from Italy but also abroad. Seeing the best athletes around and the most renowned boat owners at the starting line is a cause for joy and satisfaction, as well as providing the drive to continue to improve.”
