Logistics and Useful Info
Berthing
Berths are guaranteed up to the 151st fully paid entry. Berth allocation will be managed by the Organizing Committee.
For all boats registered beyond the 151st entry (with completed payment), berthing at both departure and arrival ports cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, crews are responsible for arranging their own mooring.
Race Office
Entry formalization must be completed exclusively online. The Race Office will be available during the above hours for signing official documents, crew changes, requests, or any last-minute formalities prior to the start.
Owner Bags & Race Materials
Owner bags will be distributed at the Cetilar® stand next to the Race Office during the indicated days and times.
Each bag includes: Sailing Instructions, invitations (valid as entry passes for the Dinner Party), lifeline covers, class flags, crew shirts, owner jacket, and additional useful race gadgets.
Class Flags & YB Tracking
Class flags and tracking devices will be distributed at the Cetilar® stand next to the Race Office.
The tracking team will be available to provide installation and positioning instructions. The tracking device must be returned no later than 4 hours after finishing in Punta Ala at the Helly Hansen stand located near the refreshment area.
Technical Briefing
The technical briefing will take place in person at Yacht Club Livorno. Entry is limited to a maximum of 2 crew members per boat.
The briefing will also be streamed live on the regatta’s YouTube and Facebook channels. The access link will be available on this page prior to the event.
Shore Events
Crew Party
Access is restricted to officially registered crews only.
Entry will be granted based on the crew list submitted during registration.
Prize Giving Ceremony
The Prize Giving Ceremony marks the official conclusion of the regatta, celebrating sporting achievements and the unique spirit of participation that defines the 151 Miglia. A moment to share emotions, sea stories, and successes with the entire regatta community.

Dinner Party
Access is strictly reserved for officially registered crews. For safety reasons, external guests are not allowed.
Entry to the Dinner Party area is permitted only upon presentation of the official invitation included in the owner bag, which must be handed in at the entrance. No access will be granted without a valid invitation.
Before the Race
15.1 Run
15.1 Run is a charity running event organized by ASD Leaning Tower Runners with the support of Cetilar®.
Three race distances (3, 7, and 15.1 km), suitable for all levels: from those aiming to compete over short to medium distances to those simply looking for a relaxed run immersed in nature.
All proceeds will be donated to the non-profit organization “Per Donare la Vita”, which supports patients undergoing complex therapies and promotes organ donation awareness.
Registrations:
On-site registration available on race day from 16:30. Entry fee starting from €3, with a technical T-shirt for the first 600 registered participants.
15.1 Sail
The 15.1 Sail is a coastal warm-up race of just over 15 nautical miles, starting at 11:00 on Friday, May 29th off the Port of Pisa (which will also serve as the finish line).
A valuable opportunity to test the boat, fine-tune setup and trim, read sea conditions, and fully step into the racing mindset.
