LOGISTICS AND USEFUL INFO

moorings
When: from Saturday 25/05 to Monday 03/06
Where: Livorno/Marina di Pisa/Punta Ala
Details: Moorings are free of charge and guaranteed until the 151st yacht registered and paid with the full payment received. All moorings are assigned by the Organising Committee. For all yachts registered (and paid) after the 151st, starting and arrival moorings cannot be guaranteed. In this case, crews are responsible for booking the mooring place.

Where: Yacht Club Livorno
Details: Formal registration must be completed exclusively online. The Regatta Secretariat will be available at the indicated times for the signature of the official documents, changes, requests or unexpected events to be formalised prior to the departure.
bags and regatta material

Where: Yacht Club Livorno
Details: The shipowners bags will be distributed at the Cetilar® stand next to the Regatta Secretariat on the indicated days and times. Inside you will find: regatta instructions, invitations valid as entry passes for the dinner party, lifelines and class flags, crew shirts, shipowner’s jacket and other useful gadgets for the regatta.
YB tracking
When: Tuesday 28/05 and Wednesday 29/05, 9:00 – 13:00 / 14:00 – 18:00
Thursday 30/05, 9:00 – 11:00
Where: Yacht Club Livorno
Details: YB tracking devices will be given out at the Cetilar® stand next to the Regatta Secretariat on the indicated days and times. The YB Tracking team will be present to explain the methods for installing and positioning the device, which must be returned within 4 hours following arrival at Punta Ala.
technical briefing

Details: The technical briefing will be available exclusively online. Any questions or requests must be received by the regatta secretariat no later than 9:00 on the following morning by e-mail to info@151miglia.it.

EVENTS NOT TO BE MISSED

Two great classic events of the 151 Miglia: the Crew Party and the Dinner Party with music, entertainment and excellent food.

CREW PARTY
 
When: Wednesday 29th May, from 19:30
Where: Porto di Pisa
Details: Access to the Crew Party area is open only to the persons listed in the crew list at the time of registration.

Details: Free entry.
DINNER PARTY
When: Saturday, 1st June, from 20:15
Where: Yacht Club Punta Ala
Details: Entry is permitted only to regularly registered crews. For safety reasons, no other persons shall be admitted. Access to the Dinner Party area is permitted only to persons with a specific invitation, included in the shipowner bags, which must be handed over at the entrance. No access is permitted without the specific invitation.

WAITING FOR THE REGATTA…

15.1 RUN
 
When: Saturday, 25th May – meeting time 16:00, departure 17:00
Where: Porto di Pisa
Registration: Registrations on site on the day of the race, from 16:00. Registration fee from €3 and free technical t-shirt for the first 800 registered competitors.
Details: 15.1 Run is a charity race organised by ASD Leaning Tower Runners with the contribution of Cetilar®. Three routes, 3, 7 and 15.1 km, run through the San Rossore Park and are suitable for all, both those competing over medium and short distances and anyone who wants to take a stroll through this silent natural setting. The proceeds will go to the charity “Per Donare la Vita”, which has been working for years with patients undergoing complex treatments and fostering organ donation.
15.1 SAIL

Where: departure from Marina di Pisa

Registration: until Tuesday, 28th May online on ycrmp.com
Details: The 15.1Sail is a warm up race of just over 15 miles on a coastal course, starting at 11 on Wednesday 29th May in front of the Port of Pisa (where the also positioned the finish line). A real warm-up, in fact, to enter the atmosphere of the competition and better prepare for the “big” regatta of the following day.
