The much-awaited eighth edition of the 151 Miglia – Trofeo Cetilar is in less than 2 weeks and the number of participants has reached to 206.<\/p>\n

In order to help you set up the last details and let you enjoy the regatta the best, we prepared a guide with everything you need to know in order to move easily between Marina di Pisa, Livorno, Punta Ala and Marina di Scarlino during the race days.<\/p>\n

1. CLOSING DATE FOR REGISTRATION AND DEADLINE FOR UPLOADING THE DOCUMENTS ONLINE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Please remember that by May 15th the following documents must be uploaded online: otherwise, the pre-registration will not be considered:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– Copy of valid rating certificate,<\/p>\n

– Crew list with cards of membership,<\/p>\n

– Copy of insurance coverage of at least 1.5 million euro,<\/p>\n

– Responsibility Statement (use only official form downloadable from the website),<\/p>\n

– Copy of license for advertising.<\/p>\n

Sending us the crew list by the deadline will guarantee that you and your team will have the official polo of the regatta in the correct size: for logistic reasons requests for changing size after May 15th cannot be taken into consideration.<\/p>\n

Names on the crew list may be modified online by May 28. Any change after this date will be allowed only at the race office in Livorno on 31st May and 1st June 2017.<\/p>\n

2. MOORINGS: REGISTER AND COLLECT YOUR BOW STICKERS AND FLAGS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The moorings are assigned by the Organizing Committee in Livorno and Marina di Pisa. Upon arrival at the port, go to the administrative office for registration and to collect the bow stickers and flags, which you will have to display within one hour after completing the registration.<\/p>\n

WARNING<\/strong>: dock staff can help you displacing correctly the materials provided by the organization.
\nThe same persons will be verifying that displacing the materials happens within the time requested.
\nFailure to display the materials will result in ranking penalty, without hearing, with 5% of the number of participants in your IRC or ORC class.<\/p>\n

3. TRASPONDER: DROP-OFF POINT AT THE 151 VILLAGE!<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You can drop off the transponder in the dedicated area arranged inside the 151 Village.<\/p>\n

Once you arrive to the port of Punta Ala, you and your crew will have time take some refreshment before returning the device within 4 hours after your arrival, in order to avoid the penalty of 10% as defined by RRS 44.3 in addition to the cost of the device. Also remember to sign the compliance statement, which must be handed over together with the transponder.<\/p>\n

The transponder will be installed by the staff of YB Tracking before the start at the ports of Marina di Pisa and Livorno; make sure you have it before leaving!<\/p>\n

4. NEW SHUTTLE SERVICE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Please note: this year the shuttle service will be the other way around!<\/p>\n

Bring your car to Punta Ala or to Scarlino before leaving for the regatta and leave it in one of the free parking areas. We provide two buses for the Punta Ala – Livorno\/Marina di Pisa<\/strong> route with stops in Scarlino on May 31st in the afternoon and on June 1st in the morning.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

There will be no shuttles on arrival as in previous editions.<\/b><\/p>\n

5. SKIPPER\u2019S BAG PICKUP<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The boats docked in Marina di Pisa can pickup the skipper\u2019s bag at the Cetilar\u00ae gazebo<\/strong> in the Port of Pisa, while those docked in Livorno can collect it in the building at the bottom of the garden of the Yacht Club Livorno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

WARNING: Remember to bring them with you, you will have access to the closing party only with the invitation.<\/p>\n

In the bag you will find the bracelet of 151 as well<\/strong>. It is very important to wear it, as it gives you access to the SHUTTLE SERVICE and the FOOD COURTS upon arrival.<\/p>\n

6. TECHNICAL BRIEFING<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Technical Briefing will take place at the Yacht Club Livorno at 12.00 pm on June 1st. You can reach Livorno with a shuttle available without reservation: leaving at 11.00 am, from Marina di Pisa to Livorno and returning at 2.30 pm.<\/p>\n

Please note that the Technical Briefing is only open to the owner and maximum one crewmember.<\/u><\/p>\n

7. CREW PARTY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The opening party dedicated to the crewmembers will take place from 8 pm on May 31st at the Port of Marina di Pisa, in the new Club House of YCRMP. Access to the event is strictly by invitation only.<\/p>\n

There is a shuttle bus leaving on May 31st at 7.30 pm from Livorno to Marina di Pisa and coming back at 00.30 am from Marina di Pisa to Livorno. This shuttle service does not have to be booked.<\/p>\n
